The terms for using our website and purchasing from our retail collection.

1. Website operator and scope

These terms apply to website use and retail orders for moxa and mugwort products, herbs and herbal tea, and traditional handicrafts. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Disclaimer & Consumer Notices. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract to place an order. A guardian must place an order for a minor. Contact us separately about wholesale, dropshipping or OEM/ODM arrangements. Any course or counseling booking requires its own confirmed service details and booking terms.
2. Orders and acceptance
Product listings invite you to place an order. Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance or dispatch confirmation forms the sales contract. An automated acknowledgement alone does not confirm dispatch.
Before dispatch we may be unable to accept an order because an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, delivery is unsupported, or a product cannot lawfully be supplied to the destination. We will inform you and refund amounts paid for an order we cancel, without limiting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Prices, taxes and import charges
Displayed prices are in US dollars (USD). Product prices are shown excluding tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Any shipping charges and tax that we collect must be disclosed before you commit to the order.
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for import duties, import VAT and customs charges unless the order expressly includes those charges. Any express duties-paid arrangement takes priority. Check destination requirements before ordering.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees. A manifest pricing error may require cancellation and refund; it does not allow us to charge a higher price without your agreement.
4. Payment
Only payment methods actually offered for an order can be used. If checkout shows no available method, contact us before attempting payment. Do not send card details through the enquiry form or pay an unverified third-party account.
You must be authorised to use the payment method you select. Applicable payment instructions and any payment deadline must be communicated for your order. We may provide relevant order and delivery records to resolve a payment dispute, while preserving your lawful dispute rights.
5. Delivery, delays and import restrictions
Delivery availability, shipping costs and any promised dispatch or delivery time must be confirmed for the destination before the order is accepted. Customs inspections and carrier delays may affect estimates; we will assist with problems affecting an accepted order.
For orders subject to the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, shipment must follow the promised period or, if no period is stated, the applicable 30-day rule. Where a shipment delay requires consent, you will be given the choice required by law, including cancellation and a refund.
Please provide accurate delivery details. Plant, wood and other natural materials may be subject to import controls. Contact us before ordering if admissibility is uncertain. These notices do not transfer to you obligations that the law places on us or remove your rights for undelivered, faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Product information and safe use
Natural materials and handmade products can vary in colour, texture and small details. Reasonable variation does not mean that a materially incorrect item or a defect must be accepted. Product descriptions, dimensions and included items should be checked before purchase.
Follow the instructions, ingredient information, warnings, storage conditions and expiry date supplied with the particular product. Cultural or traditional references are not promises to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. See the consumer notices for category-specific precautions.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to notify us, eligibility, return costs and refunds. Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing items should be reported to marychen@
Product-specific return exclusions apply only where lawful. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory cancellation right, legal guarantee or remedy.
8. Website use and intellectual property
Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use the site or products for unlawful purposes. Website text, photographs, artwork, trademarks and designs belong to their respective rights holders; commercial copying requires permission.
Only submit reviews or images that you have the right to share. Submitting a review allows us to display that review in connection with the product and our customer-review functions. Report intellectual-property concerns with details supporting your claim.
9. Liability and events outside our control
To the extent permitted by law, liability for an order-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that order, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including applicable rights concerning injury, fraud, product defects or mandatory consumer protection.
If events outside reasonable control prevent performance, we will explain the situation. Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, amounts paid for the undelivered goods will be refunded. Delays do not remove cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the other provisions continue where lawful. Updated terms will show a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. If these pages conflict, mandatory law takes priority and the Returns & Refunds Policy governs the specific return process.
