1. Scope and contact

These notices are provided by 海南钰韵本草进出口有限公司 (Hainan Yuyun Bencao Import & Export Co., Ltd.) for the moxa and mugwort products, herbs and herbal teas, and traditional handicrafts offered at https://hnyuyunai.com. Product-specific labels and instructions must also be read.

For product, batch or safety questions, contact marychen@hainanxianfeng.net, or WhatsApp / WeChat +86 13907603972. Keep your order number and the product batch information where available.

2. Information is not medical advice

Website content about traditional practices is provided for general information and cultural context. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for advice from a qualified physician, pharmacist or other appropriate health professional. We do not promise that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease.

Do not delay professional care, or stop or change prescribed medication because of website content or a product. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a health condition, have known allergies, or are considering a product for a child, seek qualified advice about that particular product first.

“Natural” does not mean risk-free. Suitability depends on the actual ingredients, instructions and individual circumstances; no particular result is guaranteed.

3. Moxa and warming products

  • Fire: burning moxa can remain hot and smoulder. Use a stable, non-flammable, heat-resistant support, keep it away from combustible materials, and never leave it burning unattended or use it while sleeping. Follow the supplied extinguishing instructions and confirm it is fully extinguished and cold before disposal.
  • Burns: avoid direct contact with burning material and excessive heat. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. People unable to sense or respond to heat reliably should obtain professional guidance rather than self-use.
  • Smoke: burning produces smoke. Maintain ventilation, avoid inhalation and do not expose children or other vulnerable people to smoke. Stop use if it causes irritation or discomfort.
  • Access: keep products, matches and hot devices away from children and pets. Do not ingest products intended only for external use.
  • Tools: use only as instructed with compatible materials. If an electrical warming device is supplied, follow its specific electrical and heating instructions and stop using damaged equipment.

These general notices do not replace the instructions for the particular item or qualified supervision where needed.

4. Herbs, teas and ingredients

  • Read the complete ingredient and allergen information for the particular product. Botanical products may cause allergies or interact with medicines.
  • Follow labelled amounts, preparation instructions, storage conditions and shelf life. Do not consume unidentified ingredients, expired products, or products with damaged seals or signs of spoilage.
  • Do not assume every herb shown on the website is suitable for food use, unrestricted import or use in every country. Availability and permitted use depend on the product and destination.
  • If an adverse reaction occurs, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical help. For severe symptoms such as breathing difficulty or swelling of the throat, seek emergency assistance.
  • Keep packaging, ingredient information and batch details if reporting a problem.

5. Oils, soaps, patches and other external-use products

Use each product only for its labelled purpose. Avoid the eyes and other sensitive areas unless the product is specifically intended for them. Follow the product instructions concerning skin contact, duration, removal and cleaning. Stop use if irritation, excessive heat or another adverse effect occurs. Do not ingest products labelled for external use.

6. Handicrafts and display pieces

  • Framed paper art and decorative objects are for display and cultural enjoyment. They are not toys or food.
  • Glass, small components, sharp edges or cords may present a hazard. Keep them away from small children and secure displayed or hanging items appropriately.
  • Paper, wood and other natural materials may vary in texture and colour. Protect them from moisture, direct heat and prolonged sunlight, and follow the item’s care instructions.
  • Do not use a decorative vessel for food or drink unless it is expressly identified as suitable for food contact.

7. Product information and destination requirements

We aim to describe products accurately. Lighting, screens, natural materials and handwork may produce reasonable visual variation, but this does not excuse a materially incorrect description or remove a remedy for a defect.

Regulatory classification and import requirements vary by product, intended use and destination. A general website statement is not evidence that a product holds a licence, certification or approval in a particular country. Ask us about the specific documents available for the item before ordering.

Our Terms of Service and Returns & Refunds Policy explain the transaction and return process. No notice here excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. External services and service enquiries

External links may lead to services such as social networks, messaging, carriers or payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Course descriptions and counseling enquiries are not emergency care. Confirm the provider, qualifications, service format, fees and booking conditions before engaging a service. Do not send sensitive personal or medical records through the general retail contact form.

9. Report a concern

If packaging is damaged, a seal looks abnormal or a product appears unsafe, stop using it and contact marychen@hainanxianfeng.net. Include the item name, order number, batch number if available, and a description or photographs of the concern.

We will assess reported problems and communicate relevant product-safety or recall information where needed. These notices may be updated; the effective date above identifies this version.
